The short version
- We only collect what you choose to tell us (through our contact form, WhatsApp or email) and the basic technical data needed to run and protect this website.
- We use it to answer your enquiry about our bikes. We don't sell your details and we don't use them for advertising.

Who we are
Dubai Riders ("we", "us") sells brand-new and pre-loved motorcycles in the UAE. This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you use dubairiders.me, and what choices you have. We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.
What we collect, and why
- The contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry. You decide what to write, so please don't include sensitive details such as passport or card numbers.
- Added automatically. When you send the form, our system adds the date and time and the country your connection appears to come from. It does not record your exact location.
- WhatsApp and email. If you message us on WhatsApp or email hello@dubairiders.me, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you.
- Technical data. Like any website, when you visit, your IP address and basic browser and device details are processed by Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this site. We don't use this to identify you.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It doesn't use cookies or follow you across other websites, and we don't collect these statistics for visitors in the EU.
Why we may use your information
We use your details because you asked us to respond to your enquiry and, where needed, with your consent, which you give when you send the form or message us. We use technical data to keep the website working and secure.
Who else handles your information
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the spam check on the contact form, delivers form messages and emails sent to hello@dubairiders.me to us, and provides our visit statistics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and spam-check notice.
- Google provides our email (Gmail), so enquiries and our replies are stored there. See Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta). If you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave this website and chat under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Instagram and TikTok. We link to our pages there. Once you leave this website, their policies apply.
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. We may disclose it if the law or a public authority properly requires us to.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots, and may use temporary browser storage or security cookies to do that. Cloudflare may also use those signals to improve its bot detection.
How long we keep it
This website does not keep a copy of what you send through the form. It goes to our email inbox, where we keep it for as long as we need to answer you and keep a sensible record, normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact. If we sell you a bike, we may keep the sale records for longer where the law requires. After that, we delete them.
Where it is processed
Cloudflare and Google run services in many countries, so your information may be processed outside the UAE.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy, to correct anything that is wrong, to delete your information, to stop or limit how we use it, and, where we rely on your consent, to withdraw it at any time.
Email hello@dubairiders.me and we will reply as soon as we reasonably can. We may need to confirm who you are first. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Keeping it safe
This website uses HTTPS (encrypted connections), the contact form is protected against spam and abuse, and access to our inbox and the website's management area is limited to authorised people. No system is completely secure, so please take care over what you share.
Children
Our website is for adults and is not aimed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
